Our clients cover a range of industry sectors and vary in size from small and medium sized enterprises through to large FTSE100 companies and major public sector organisations. Our team is drawn from a variety of industry sectors, giving us a breadth of hands-on management experience. This, combined with a real passion for the customer, means we are able to understand your unique business challenges and provide pragmatic solutions to them.

Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, we work with clients across the UK and abroad on Business Consultancy and People Development assignments. We operate our Customer Management services from our own contact centre in Wokingham.

David Payne - Founder and Managing Director
With over 20 years contact centre industry experience in various key vertical markets including utilities and telecoms, David set up maia consulting 8 years ago to bring a pragmatic approach to contact centre consultancy.

Andy Evans - Head of Consultancy & Training
Andy has worked in the contact centre industry for 25 years, with experience in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific markets. During this time he has gained a deep understanding of the strategic opportunities and tactical challenges of the channel.

The quality and flexibility of our people enables us to deliver inbound and outbound acquisition and customer service campaigns, alongside quality monitoring and mystery shopping projects.
